Seth W Scott is first and foremost a man of faith and constantly works towards making the world a better place.

Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of experience in acquiring, developing, and managing large scale real estate development projects nationally and internationally as well as creating innovative mortgage products that have had a profound affect on the real estate market.

Mr. Scott possesses a keen ability to accurately identify the complex issues associated with development projects in various environments. His solution oriented skillset coupled with a thorough understanding of all aspects of real estate development has led to a reputation of generally delivering on time and under budget, something normally not associated with large scale developments.

Over the tenure of his career, his success has led to the entitlement of 15,000 residential units, development of over 5,000 homes, thousands of multifamily units, and several million square feet of multi-use commercial and industrial space. During his career he has managed funds for institutions/retirement pension funds/ultra-high net worth individuals, celebrities, and partnered with some of the largest hedge funds in the world.

Mr. Scott is managing and currently developing thousands of acres consisting of a combination of 4700 single family and multifamily units, 10M square feet of commercial, retail, industrial, and 1.8M square feet of casino resort and hotel.

He is currently in negotiations with several African countries on water desalination projects.Since 2012, Mr. Scott has diversified his interests by investing and owning companies vested in humanitarian efforts.
